On the 21st of February 2009 Sensei Steven Morris will be delivering a seminar on the WKF Shitei Kata, Jion and Kanku-dai.
Sensei Morris has won the British Championships 15 times and is the Kobe Osaka International Kata Champion. He also has two EKF silver medals and finished 5th in the WKF World Championships.
The course will cover speed, timing, power and balance for performimg kata in WKF competitions. Knowledge of both Jion and Kanku-dai is advisable for attendees.
The seminar will take place in Tallaght Leisure Centre from 14:00 - 18:00 and the cost is €30.
