The first Leinster Squad Training session will be held on Saturday August 27th. Sensei Mark Sheridan, the Leinster regional coach will be teaching the session. This squad session is available to all ONAKAI members.
1pm - 2pm: 10 - 14 years Male & Female
2pm - 3:30pm: 15 and above Male and Female
